Christmas for Fjøsnissen

Growing up on a farm, on Christmas Eve we also made Rice Porridge for the Santa called Fjøsnissen. Everyone was to have a nice treat on Christmas Eve. This warm Rice Pudding is served with a sprinkle of caster sugar and cinnamon, and a dollop of butter that melts over. It is just yummy.
