Easy Chocolate Cake

Updated: Mar 20, 2019

Wikipedia: The history of chocolate cake goes back to 1764, when Dr. James Baker discovered how to make chocolate by grinding cocoa beans between two massive circular millstones. 1828, Coenraad van Houten of the Netherlands developed a mechanical extraction method for extracting the fat from cacao liquor resulting in cacao butter and the partly defatted cacao, a compacted mass of solids that could be sold as it was "rock cacao" or ground into powder The processes transformed chocolate from an exclusive luxury to an inexpensive daily snack.

I do not know anyone who doesn´t like Chocolate Cake, Chocolate muffins, Chocolate brownies etc etc . And you will find a lot of recipes on Google. Easy Chocolate Cake

2 eggs 2 dl sugar 150 gr melted butter 3/4 dl milk 3/4 dl boiled water 2 tbs of cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla sugar (powdered) 3 dl plain flour 2 ts of baking powder

Whisk eggs and sugar fluffy, add the melted butter and milk. Pour the boiling water over the cocoa and the vanilla sugar and whisk together and pour into the rest. Then add the flour and baking powder.

Pour into a greased baking tin and bake at 175 degrees celsius for about 30 - 45 minutes. On these I just added dusting powder.
