My favourite Apple Pudding is back again.

I have a favourite quick and easy Apple pudding, that tastes so good. I have posted the recipe before here on the blog, but I´ll have no problem doing it again and again.

For The Batter (all have room temperature)
100 grams of soft butter
100 grams of caster sugar
100 grams of flour. I often use 50 grams of plain flour and for the other 50 grams, I use almond or hazelnut flour.
2 eggs
For The Filling
2 Apples
3,5 tbsp sugar
1,5 tsp cinnamon
Slice the Apples. Mix the sugar and cinnamon, the add the Apples and make sure they are covered with he sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Cream the butter and sugar , add the eggs and the flour. Pour the batter in a small tin lined with baking paper. Stick the slices apples into the batter. I often add chopped nuts on top for an extra crunch.
In the oven 180 degrees Celsius ( 356 degrees Fahrenheit ) for 35-45 minutes.
Serve warm or lukewarm with ice cream or custard. It is also yummy cold.
This time I tried this recipe with a new butter, and it was absolutely so amazing, soft and creamy butter. I also chopped up a handful of unsalted pistachio nuts and sprinkeled on top. Now that added an extra yummy crunch.

I make sure that I always have the basics in my cupboard, so when the cravings for some sweet occurs, I can whip up this pudding.
